The McLaren 570S is a British sports car whose chief designer was Robert Melville. The car was first presented to the public in 2015 at the New York Auto Show. Its serial production began in the same year and is still ongoing. It was assembled in the city of Woking in Great Britain.
The 570S model was developed and put into production to expand the McLaren brand's commercial offer, restore its high position in the sports car segment and - most likely - to enable the market battle with the Porsche 911. The McLaren 570S is powered by a completely new 8-cylinder Twin-Turbo M838 T engine with 562 HP, which is combined with a 7-speed gearbox. The car is also characterized by excellent performance - in the basic version its top speed reaches 328 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes only 3.2 seconds! After the presentation of the basic model, other versions of this model appeared, such as: 540C (a car with better traction properties and slightly improved steering), 570S GT4 or S570S Spider (version with a convertible body). The price of the new McLaren 570S fluctuates around 143,000 pounds.
