Released in 1968, the 500 L is the luxury version of the Fiat 500. It receives new, more resistant bumpers but above all a brand new interior. The dashboard was now fully upholstered, the counters were taken from the Fiat 850, the new seats were more comfortable and the backrest became adjustable. This version was an unprecedented success, becoming the most produced 500 model. Half of the production will be exported outside the country, making this small car a true icon of Italy.
